OS Mini Server is the Windows version of this popular Web operating system. This program installs an attractive desktop loaded with utilities that can be used by multiple users: a text processor, agenda, calculator, Web browser, RSS reader, and more. When the application starts for the first time, it will ask for a administrator password and the authentication system that will be used to identify users. You do not need to install a separate server, since eyeOS Mini Server will launch Apache in the system. One of the most interesting characteristics of this program, is that it allows for access to a remote computer from any location, as long as you know the IP address. The port that it uses is 85. On the eyeOS webpage, you can register and create a virtual desktop, which you can access from any place in the world.
